The Challenge

• Ready by Christmas: 6-Week Challenge runs from Monday, November 9 to Sunday, December 20, 2026. You pick one of two tiers: Bronze (Herkos Challenge) or Silver (Herkos Private). Your claim page lists what your tier includes before you pay.
• The price is $1,297 for Bronze (Herkos Challenge) or $2,497 for Silver (Herkos Private), paid once, upfront, at checkout.
• You can pay in full by card, or over time with Klarna or Affirm. They pay us in full, and you pay them on their terms.
• The Challenge is one payment. It never renews and never charges you again on its own.

Refunds

• Full refund if you ask before the kickoff call (Monday, November 9). No refunds after the kickoff call.
• To ask, email hello@herkosclub.com.

Our guarantee

• Changed your mind? Ask for a full refund before the kickoff call. No refunds after it.
• Our guarantee: submit all 6 weekly check-ins. If you miss the target Coach Jeff approved with you, he keeps coaching you at no charge, at the same tier, until you hit it. Keep doing every weekly check-in during that time; a missed one ends the free coaching.
• Only weekly check-ins count for the guarantee, never daily logs. There is no refund after the start.
• The guarantee is once per person.
• If you leave partway, there is no refund. If something serious happens, like a medical issue, contact us and we will work with you.
• Ask in the app (Your purchase, on your profile settings) or at hello@herkosclub.com. We process refunds within 5 business days. Your bank may take 5 to 10 more days to show it.
• The guarantee shown when you bought is the one that applies to you.

After the Challenge: keep going with Jeff

• In weeks 4 to 5 of the Challenge, we offer you the chance to keep going. It is your choice. Nothing is charged unless you sign up.
• The price is $290 a month for Bronze or $590 a month for Silver, for up to 12 months. That is the regular monthly price ($400 Bronze, $800 Silver) minus your Challenge credit ($110 a month Bronze, $210 a month Silver).
• If you sign up, your card is charged automatically every month, starting the day after your Challenge ends (Monday, December 21), until you cancel.
• No commitment: cancel anytime. Your plan stops at the end of the month you paid for. Your credit stops when you leave and does not come back.
• After 12 months the credit ends and the price goes to the regular $400 (Bronze) or $800 (Silver) a month, until you cancel.
• We email you at least 30 days before the price goes up, with the new price, the date and how to cancel.
• No refund for a month that has already started.
• While Coach Jeff coaches you free under the guarantee, you are not charged. Billing starts again when your free coaching ends.

Monthly coaching only

• Jeff may offer monthly coaching on your call, instead of the Challenge.
• The price is $400 a month for Bronze or $800 a month for Silver. Your card is charged automatically on the day you sign up, then every month on that date, until you cancel.
• There is a 3-month minimum. If you cancel before your 3rd paid month, the cancel takes effect at the end of your 3rd paid month, and your coaching keeps going until then.
• After 3 months, cancel anytime. Your plan stops at the end of the month you paid for.
• No refund for a month that has already started.
• Your program starts the Monday after you sign up. You join the group that is running then.

How to cancel

• Email hello@herkosclub.com from the email on your account and say you want to cancel. We confirm by email.
• Or cancel in the app: open Profile, then Edit profile, and tap Cancel my plan. It shows the day your plan stops before you confirm.
• Cancelling stops future charges. It never deletes your account or your own data.

Community rules

Herkos is a place to help each other. To keep it that way:

• Be kind. No bullying, threats, hate, or harassment of anyone.
• No objectionable content: nothing sexual, violent, hateful, or illegal.
• No spam, ads, or selling.
• Keep other members' photos and stories private.
• There is zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive members.
• Our team reviews reported posts and comments and removes what breaks these rules, usually within 24 hours.
• Members who break these rules are removed from the community.
• You can report any post or comment, and block any member, from the ... menu.

You agree to these rules before your first post or comment. We moderate the community: we may remove any content, and suspend or remove any account, that breaks them. Your progress photos are private to you and our coaching team. They are never posted publicly.
