Delete your account

In the app or on the website

1. Log in and tap Profile.
2. Tap Edit profile.
3. At the bottom, tap Account options, then Delete account.
4. Read what is deleted, tap Continue, then type DELETE to confirm.

It happens right away, and you are logged out.

No longer have the app?

Send us your email below. A person on our team will check it is really you, then delete your account within 30 days and email you when it is done. Already deleted and want a post you wrote removed? Use the same form.

What is deleted

• Your login, name, profile photo and bio
• Your hearts
• Your intake and health answers, and any doctor OK you uploaded
• Your blood work results and shipping details
• Your check-ins, measurements, progress photos and daily logs
• Your meal and training plans
• Your points, badges and notifications
• Your emails with us and your app notification tokens

Your posts and comments

Your posts and comments stay in the community without your name. To remove specific posts, delete them before deleting your account, or email hello@herkosclub.com after.

They show as "Deleted member" with a plain picture, so replies from other members still make sense. Photos you attached to a post stay with it. Your profile photo and your private photos (check-in and progress photos) are deleted.

What we keep, and why

• Payment, refund and chargeback records (amounts, dates and Stripe reference numbers), because tax law and our payment processor require them
• The date you accepted the terms, the waiver and the privacy policy, and which versions, because we must be able to show what was agreed

These records no longer carry your name or email. Stripe keeps its own copy of your payment details under its own privacy policy.

In a challenge right now?

Deleting your account ends your access to the challenge. It does not refund you by itself: refunds follow our terms, so ask for one first if you qualify.
